1. Data we collect
When you create an account, JobHoot stores your email address, the sign-in method you choose, and the profile details you add. When you upload or type a CV, JobHoot stores the CV text and the file you send. Payments are processed by the payment provider; JobHoot stores the payment reference and token balance, not your full card number. Analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel, receive page and event data as described by those tools.
2. Why we use it
JobHoot uses this data to create and secure your account, show your ATS Score and resume, run Job Match and AI writing you request, record token purchases, and understand how the site is used. JobHoot does not sell your CV.
3. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. Retention of CV text: TBD by Ronald. Payment references are kept for as long as accounting and refund rules require.
4. Who we share it with
Your CV and account data are not shared with recruiters. JobHoot shares data only with service providers that host the product, process a payment you start, or measure site use, and only for those purposes.
5. Deletion
You can ask JobHoot to delete your account and CV text through the contact page. JobHoot will delete or anonymize personal data it no longer needs to keep. Contact

JobHoot processes personal data under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
