What exactly is a token?

One token covers one AI action — writing a summary, generating a cover letter, or tailoring your resume to a posting. Editing, switching templates and exporting PDFs never cost tokens.

Do my tokens expire?

No. Whatever you do not spend stays in your account for the next time you are job hunting.

Can I use it without paying anything?

Yes. Building a resume, choosing among the 30 templates and exporting a PDF are free. Tokens are only for the AI writing features.

Will the AI invent experience I do not have?

No. The agent is instructed to work only from what you have written. It rephrases and sharpens your real experience — it does not fabricate employers, degrees or dates.

Is the resume readable by applicant tracking systems?

Yes. Every template uses real text in a clean structure — no images or text boxes that ATS parsers choke on. The Compact template is the most conservative choice.

Which languages are supported?

The interface is available in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and you can write your resume content in either language independently of the interface.

How is pay-as-you-go different from a subscription?

JobHoot does not charge a monthly fee and does not auto-renew. You buy a token pack when you need AI writing help. Unused tokens stay in your account.

What token packs can I buy?

Starter is 10 tokens for Rp 25,000. Job hunt is 50 tokens for Rp 99,000. Career is 150 tokens for Rp 249,000. New accounts also receive 5 bonus tokens once.

How do I pay?

After you sign in, open the token page and pay through iPaymu with QRIS or a virtual account.

When are tokens deducted?

A token is deducted only after an AI action succeeds. If the provider fails, your balance is not charged. Editing, templates, PDF export, Find Jobs, and the guest Resume Score are free.

How do refunds work?

We refund failed credits, duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, and completely unused packs requested within 7 days. Used tokens are not refundable. Read the Refund Policy

Do you sell my resume to companies?

No. Your resume is personal data used to run the features you request. We do not sell it to employers.

How do I delete my account or data?

Contact us through klandestin.tech and we will help close your account and delete or anonymize personal data we no longer need to keep. klandestin.tech

What is the difference between Resume Score and ATS Checker?

Resume Score is a guest tool: upload a PDF and get a general score without a job description. ATS Checker is for signed-in users and scores your resume against a specific job posting. Tailoring that resume with AI costs one token.

Is the ATS resume score free without signing up?

Yes. Upload a PDF on the Resume Score page and get a general ATS-oriented score with no account. Signing in is only required if you want to save the file or score it against a specific job posting. Check your ATS resume score free
