1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of JobHoot, a product of PT. Klandestin Teknologi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use JobHoot.
2. The service
JobHoot helps you build resumes, export PDFs, write cover letters, check ATS fit, score a resume, and match jobs. You can edit text, switch among 30 templates, and export a PDF without paying. AI writing features — summaries, improvements, chat, ATS tailoring, cover letters, and resume import — use tokens.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to use JobHoot. You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. Keep your credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Tokens and payment
JobHoot is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. One token covers one successful AI action. Unused tokens do not expire.
- Starter: 10 tokens for Rp 25,000.
- Job hunt: 50 tokens for Rp 99,000.
- Career: 150 tokens for Rp 249,000.
New accounts receive 5 bonus tokens once. Purchases are processed through iPaymu (QRIS or virtual account). Tokens are deducted only after an AI action succeeds. Failed provider calls are not charged. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. You may not scrape or overload JobHoot, create fake accounts, attempt unauthorized access, use the AI to produce illegal or harmful content, or resell access without our permission.
6. AI output
The agent is instructed to work only from what you have written. It rephrases and sharpens your real experience and does not fabricate employers, degrees, or dates. You must review every draft before you apply. JobHoot does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The JobHoot interface, templates, and branding belong to PT. Klandestin Teknologi. The resume and cover-letter text you write belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process that text so the service can generate, store, and export your documents.
8. Your data
Resume content is personal data. We use it to run the features you request. We do not sell your documents to employers or other third parties. You can ask us to close your account and delete data we no longer need to keep.
9. Limitation of liability
JobHoot is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Indonesian law, we are not liable for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, or indirect losses from using the service. Our liability for a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Ending the service
You may stop using JobHoot at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, including fraud, abuse, or unpaid chargebacks.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The operator of JobHoot is PT. Klandestin Teknologi.
