An accounting CV an ATS can search
Finance postings repeat a small set of terms. If those words are missing, the search inside the ATS misses you.
What staff accountant, finance staff, and junior auditor ads actually contain
Staff accountant, finance staff, and junior auditor ads in Indonesia repeat a short list of words. The words are month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable, IFRS, and the system name. A parser does not reward a warmer adjective. A recruiter who searches the ATS types those words and looks at what comes back. If your file never contains them, you are absent from that search even when the work was real.
The line that fails this test is easy to write and common on sample CVs: "Responsible for financial reports and helping the team during closing." It parses. It still does not match. The line that can be found names the entity, the system, the day of the close, and a number you can defend: "Closed a 40-person trading company's books by day 5, reconciled 120 vendor accounts in SAP, and prepared the revenue lead sheet the auditor sampled." Keep only the half of that sentence you can say in an interview without looking down.
The file that breaks before the words matter
A scanned brevet certificate in the header and a two-column 'skills vs software' table. is the usual way this resume dies. Parse Rate on the free JobHoot upload measures how much of the PDF came out as clean text. It is a JobHoot heuristic, not a vendor ATS. If the rate is low, the search never sees month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable, IFRS, and the system name, no matter how carefully you chose them. Retype in one column. Put your name in the body. Use headings you would say out loud. Export a PDF you can still highlight. Upload again before you paste a vacancy.
Resume Score on that same free page, `/resume-score/`, is the document check. No account. It does not know which employer you want. A high Resume Score with the wrong vocabulary is still the wrong document for this role. Job Match Score, after you sign in, compares the file to one posting at `/ats-checker/`. That app URL is not indexed. One token is Rp 250 when the AI writes. Looking at Resume Score does not spend the 50 tokens a new account receives.
What you must not borrow
Do not write that you signed the statutory accounts if you prepared lead sheets. Sample CVs on news sites use fictional employers. Copying their sentences copies their biography. JobHoot will not add a company, a degree, or a date to lift Job Match Score. If the posting asks for a credential you do not hold, leave the gap. Apply somewhere else, or apply honestly and let the gap show.
Write the entity, the system, the day of the close, and a number you can defend and stop. A second bullet that repeats the adjective from the first one does not create a second match. A second role, with its own dates, does.
Order for this role
Open one ad, not a folder of twelve. Highlight the nouns. If they are already true in your file, you may not need a token. If they are true and missing, sign in, run Job Match Score on that ad only, and accept a rewrite that still sounds like you. Then export. The template you pick on JobHoot does not delete those lines. Switching design is free. A PNG "ATS template" downloaded from a gallery is not a template. It is a picture.
Do not write that you signed the statutory accounts if you prepared lead sheets. Read the draft once as a stranger. If a figure surprises you, it is probably not yours. Delete it before you send the file. The free check is there for the next PDF, the same way, without a plan to cancel.
One ad, four nouns
Open a live posting from staff accountant, finance staff, and junior auditor ads. Copy four nouns into a note. For each noun, point at the bullet that already proves it, or admit the work was never yours. Do not write that you signed the statutory accounts if you prepared lead sheets. The nouns you have done, and that are missing from the file, are the only edit worth making. "Closed a 40-person trading company's books by day 5, reconciled 120 vendor accounts in SAP, and prepared the revenue lead sheet the auditor sampled." is the shape of that edit. It is not a sentence to paste when your numbers differ. Swap in the entity, the system, the day of the close, and a number you can defend. Leave the rest of the line alone.
If the posting's noun is a tool you used under another name, write both names once, in the same bullet, so the search and the human see the link. If you never touched the tool, do not write it beside a different job to "cover" the ad. Job Match Score is allowed to stay low. A low number on an honest file is a better document than a high number you cannot defend at 09:00.
After you export
Open the PDF and try to select the sentence that contains the words from this role: month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable, IFRS, and the system name. If the highlight skips, those words sit in a shape. That is a Parse Rate problem. A scanned Brevet certificate in the header and a two-column 'skills vs software' table. Fix the shape, export, and select the sentence again. Then upload to `/resume-score/`. If Resume Score says the bullets are thin, thicken them with the entity, the system, the day of the close, and a number you can defend before you spend a token.
Job Match Score comes last, and only against this ad. A new account has 50 tokens. One write is Rp 250. The smallest later purchase is 100 tokens, Rp 25.000, through iPaymu. Most of the work on this page happens before that purchase: a file a parser can read, and bullets a recruiter can ask you about without you inventing a second career on the spot.
