AI pembuat resume with pay-as-you-go pricing
Subscription resume tools keep billing after you land a job. JobHoot sells tokens at Rp 250 each instead.
You pay when a sentence is written
The builder itself is free. You can open an account, pick among the templates, type every line, switch the design, and export a PDF without a token moving. A new account also receives 50 tokens once. After that, one token is Rp 250. The smallest purchase is 100 tokens, Rp 25.000, up to 500 at the same rate. Nothing renews next month because you forgot a settings page.
A token is spent when an AI write succeeds: a summary, a rewritten bullet, a chat turn that changes the document, a tailor against one vacancy, a cover letter, or an import that turns a file into sections. If the provider call fails, the token stays. Editing the draft with your own keyboard is free. You already paid for the first successful draft. You do not pay again to delete a phrase you would not say out loud.
The guest Resume Score is outside that meter. Upload a PDF on `/resume-score/`, no account, and you get Resume Score and Parse Rate. Use that before you spend anything, including the free tokens. A file that is mostly a scanned image will not become a better document because an AI rewrote a text layer that was never there.
What the AI is allowed to change
The tailor looks at one posting and the resume you already have. It can move a true detail next to the posting's word. If you reconciled vendor accounts in SAP and the ad says "accounts payable," the line can say accounts payable, SAP, and the volume, because those are the same afternoons. It cannot add a company you did not work for so the keyword list looks complete. It cannot invent a degree, a year, or a license.
That limit is the reason a pay-as-you-go builder is a writing tool and not a costume. A subscription product that "beats the ATS" by stuffing a sidebar with phrases from the ad is selling a different promise. JobHoot's Job Match Score will still show the gap if the gap is real. You can decide to skip the role. You should not decide to fictionalize it for one token's worth of optimism.
A search that fits the meter
Picture four applications in a month. The PDF you already use parses cleanly, so you do not rebuild the layout. You spend two of the free tokens on a summary and a tailor for the first ad, then a cover letter that cites the same roles so the two documents do not contradict each other. The second ad is a close cousin. You edit three words yourself and spend nothing. The third ad names a tool you have used under a different label. You run Job Match Score, accept the lines that are still true, and export. The fourth ad wants a certification you do not hold. You close the tab. The next month you do not apply. There is no invoice.
That is the shape this price is for. If you produce resumes for other people all day, a flat monthly seat can be cheaper, and you should do that arithmetic instead of forcing a token balance to behave like a studio plan. For one person applying in bursts, the 50 free tokens and a later pack of 100 are the whole budget.
Where the money goes, and where it does not
Purchases go through iPaymu, QRIS or a virtual account. JobHoot does not store your card. Unused tokens remain on the account until you use them. The refund page covers purchases that were not spent. A token already consumed by a successful write is the cost of that write.
You do not pay to look at the template gallery, to read these guides, or to run the guest score again on a revised PDF. You do not pay a "download fee" at the end. The moment of payment inside the product is the moment of generation. If a screen asks you to subscribe before it will show a number, you are not on this meter. The pricing page states the same rupiah figures as the block on the landing page. If they ever disagree, those two are the ones that match `tokens/costs.py`, and the stray sentence is the one to ignore.
What to do before the first token
Upload the file you have. Read Parse Rate. If the name is only in the header, or the skills are icons, fix that in the editor or in Word and export again. Then sign in if you want the AI to write. Point it at one vacancy, not at a mood board of every job you might want this year. One posting, one tailor, one letter. Read the draft as if you will be asked to defend every noun. Delete the ones you cannot. That reading is free, and it is the part that keeps the token from becoming an expensive cliché.
